JUDGING MARKING CRITERIA
SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Poster Presentation (Physical Exhibition)
The size of the poster is A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm). Please use the template provided.
The top banner in the template is mandatory. Other areas of the poster will depend on the creativity of each participant.
Ensure all elements for assessment are present in the poster (see below). This will help the judges to provide justified marks during the presentation.
Printing of poster will be covered by the participant. Only standard, either glossy or matte type of paper is allowed. This is to make sure it can be mounted onto the poster board for the exhibition.
Poster must be submitted to the link provided for “The Best Poster Award” judging latest by 13th February 2024.
Video Presentation (Online)
Participant are required to produce a video presentation of the project/product and upload it on YouTube.
The length of the video should not exceed 7 minutes. Each presenter must be available for the questions from the juries after her/his presentation is being streamed. This real-time Question and Answer session takes a further 3 minutes. The total presentation slot for each presenter/ team is 10 minutes.
Participant has the choice to either make the video public or restricted. The link of the video should be send to the organizing committee through the link provided latest by 15th February 2024.
The title of the video must follow the format: “PIITRAM2024 [project code] PROJECT TITLE”
