If you choose to participate physically, there's no need to create a video presentation. Video submissions are not required for physical participants.

The maximum number of participants allowed in a group for all categories is 6 individuals. This group should consist of 1 leader/mentor and 5 members. If there are 2 leaders, then only 4 members are allowed in the group. Please note that exceeding this maximum limit is not permitted.
