1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling an athlete or participating in any program hosted by Play It Forward Ozark Beach Club, parents, guardians, and participants agree to these terms, as well as all club rules, safety protocols, and codes of conduct.
2. Program Registration & Fees
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Payments & Refunds: All registration fees, club dues, and tournament fees must be paid according to the specified schedule. Refund policies for clinics, camps, and club seasons are final and specified at the time of purchase.
3. Participant Liability & Medical Waivers
Participation in beach volleyball involves physical activity and inherent risks. A signed medical waiver and liability release are strictly required for all athletes before participating in any training, tournament, or event organized by the club.
4. SMS Terms & Conditions
Play It Forward Ozark Beach Club offers text messaging services to keep parents, athletes, and coaches informed about club activities, schedules, weather cancellations, and important updates.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from us.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on club activity, scheduling updates, and active season timelines.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number or short code from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our club administration.
Privacy: Your text messaging data is secure. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a positive, supportive environment for youth sports. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a participant's or spectator's involvement with the club, without a refund, for behavior that violates our sportsmanship standards, bullying policies, or code of conduct.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
