Our cooking classes bring you into the world of authentic Italian cooking with Chef Elia as your guide. The Chef has been making and enjoying these meals for over 50 years and will offer his expertise to help with your cooking both here and at home.

What Does Our Night Look Like?

We welcome everyone to gather around their table and then introduce our staff for the evening.

You will be given your own table set with all of the ingredients that you will need for that night's recipe. We'll start with a small antipasto (appetizer) then jump right into cooking. Everyone will cook their own portion of dinner with guidance from Chef Elia. This would be the perfect time to crack open a bottle of wine to enjoy while cooking. Once the cooking is finished you get to enjoy the fruit of you labor and the night is finished up with good conversation and fresh espresso. 

Terms and Conditions of Use

Payment in full is required at the time of registration to your cooking class.

If you cannot attend the event, you may send a substitute in your place.
