About me

Hello Everyone!

This is Carl, the owner of this website. One thing you should know about me is that I am a huge gym nerd. I made this website to help other fitness enthusiasts build muscle. I have a background in biology and agriculture. 

I am projected to finish my undergraduate studies on 2025, and will be receiving a bachelors degree in Agriculture and Biology at Kyushu University and Northern Arizona University respectively.

 I have been a research assistant in the laboratory of environmental toxicology during 2022-2023 so I've had practice reading scientific publications and sharing them just like what I did with this website. I hope you found my work useful :)
