Important Information

Participants who have been allotted poster presentations are required to prepare a poster of size 3 feet (Height) × 2 feet (width).

Participants who have been allotted oral presentations are required to present their work through a PowerPoint presentation within 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes question answer.

Participants who wish to avail accommodation are requested to fill out the Google Form provided in the Accommodation tab by 28.11.2025.

Full Papers will be Published in the form of Conference Proceedings only if the work is presented during the conference by one of the author of the paper

in EPJ Web of Conferences (Scopus Indexed) after peer review.

Travel Grant

Research scholars who are presenting their papers and are not receiving a fellowship from any source will be provided a travel grant (sleeper class), subject to the submission of an undertaking duly signed by their respective Heads of Departments on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to the availability of funds).

The National Conference on Advances in Applied Physical Sciences (NCAAPS-2025) aims to bring together leading researchers, academicians and students across different disciplines of Physics, to exchange and share their experiences, research findings, and new ideas in the area of Applied Physical Sciences. The conference will cover interdisciplinary areas, focusing on nanomaterials, energy harvesting and storage, sensors, photonics and computational physics, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
