Participants are invited to submit their abstracts following the prescribed format. All submissions will undergo a review process by the evaluation committee.

Abstract Guidelines:

Word Limit: 250–300 words

Font: Times New Roman, 12-point, single spacing

Title: Bold, 14-point font

Author(s) & Affiliation(s): 12-point font

Corresponding Author Email: Must be included

Keywords: 3–5 relevant terms

Submission Format:
Deadline for Submission: October  31, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: November 15, 2025

Note: Full-length papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals after peer review.

For Abstract Submission: 

Registration is mandatory to submit the abstract and can be done using QR code. 

💰 Payment Details (For Accepted Abstracts Only) 

Only participants whose abstracts are accepted will be required to make the payment. Accepted authors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
