Card Games

This is a home exercise activity for the entire family. All you need is a Deck of Cards and the Deal a Healthy Heart Attack Sheet. Your child will be instructed on how to do the different exercises during the first month of school. Make sure to ask them to show you how to perform the different exercises. Have Fun!
