It's very exciting and a great chance for me to give a Talk at COSARI, the Institute for Computational Science and Artificial Intelligence at Van Lang University (Director: Prof. Nguyen Thoi Trung, https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=hE7o5mMAAAAJ&hl=en) and his teammate. COSARI is known as the Best Simulation Center in VN composed of multidisciplinary talented experts dedicated to developing innovative solutions for real-world issues in various fields e.g., applied mathematics, physics, environment, and engineering. This first meeting will be an initial connection for the collaboration in high-quality research combining the experiment and simulation in the coming time between 2 Groups. Thanks and Cheers. I sincerely thank the remarkable contributions of Top-World Scientists in 2D Materials - Prof Vincent Tung (University of Tokyo, Japan), Prof Deep Jariwala (Associate Editor, npj 2D Materials and Applications, University of Pennsylvania, USA), Prof Yu-Lun Chueh (Editor-in-Chief, Nanoscale Research Letters, National Tsinghua Uni, Taiwan), Prof. Vasudevanpillai Biju (Associate Editor, NPG Asia Materials, Hokkaido Uni, Japan), and Prof. Saroj P. Dash (Chalmers Uni of Technology, Sweden) to form this exciting ACS Nano article.
Preface
One of the hottest issues today in the field of nanomaterials is finding an optimal method that can transfer 2D films onto the surfaces of electronic/optoelectronic devices with the highest yield cleanliness, free-residues, free-defects, free-standing, and atomically layer-by-layer transfer/exfoliation. This discovery race is currently challenging the brightest minds in multidisciplinary fields based on Low-Dimensional Materials (0D, 1D, 2D) to approach and beyond Moore's law in device miniaturization. With this ultimate goal, we cover an entire broad branch listing the most evolved tactics, achievements, and technologies today in this field. Concurrently, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each 2D film transfer method, and the evolution of the methods according to the historical development pathway. In addition, suggesting further paths to contribute to creating breakthroughs. The evolution in this field is not over yet, it is still continuing silently but strongly. It can be said that since the Nobel Laureate (2010) was awarded to Geim and Novoselov for successfully isolation of 2D Graphene materials, the most optimal transport for 2D films of the Grand 2D Material Family also deserves award the Nobel Prize in Physics in the future, such as recent breakthrough publications by SKKU (Korea), MIT (USA), and Kyoto Uni (Japan) in Nature Nanotechnology, Science, and Nature Electronics. These remarkable breakthroughs seem to open another door into the vast NANO-WORLD as Richard Feynman (Nobel Laureate in Physics (1965)) once predicted: "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom", with device performance unprecedentedly high. This is also one of the research directions that our Group (https://sites.google.com/view/phuonggroup/home) are now implementing at Physics-NSYSU, Taiwan.
Based on that intense motivation, we are pleased to introduce a new article about this breakthrough field: “TRANSFER OF 2D FILMS: FROM IMPERFECTION TO PERFECTION” in ACS NANO (IF: 17.1) which just published on May 30, 2024. Welcome All of the Peers to read and free-download it as Gold Open Access. (Link: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsnano.4c00590)

Dựa trên động lực mãnh liệt đó, chúng tôi hân hoan giới thiệu một bài báo mới của lĩnh vực đột phá này: “TRANSFER OF 2D FILMS: FROM IMPERFECTION TO PERFECTION” in ACS NANO (IF: 17), which is just published on May 30, 2024. Hoan nghênh các đồng nghiệp đọc và download miễn phí as Gold Open Access.
