Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Photo Vault: SPV mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the App.
Photo Vault: SPV is designed to allow users to store and protect personal photos and videos privately on their own device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
All content you import or create within the app (photos, videos, albums) remains entirely yours. We do not access, store, or process your files in any cloud or on any server. Everything is saved locally on your device.
The App uses AES-256 encryption to protect your files, along with Face ID / Touch ID and a custom PIN code for access. You are solely responsible for keeping your PIN secure. If you lose access and biometric login is disabled, we cannot retrieve your encrypted data.
Deleted files are moved to the Trash for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you uninstall the app, all data (including Trash) will be lost permanently.
To function properly, the App may request access to:
Camera: To capture photos/videos directly into the vault
Photo Library: To import media from your gallery
Biometric Authentication: To enable Face ID / Touch ID access
You may disable these permissions anytime via your device settings, though some features may stop working.
You may not use the app to:
Store or distribute illegal or harmful content
Violate the privacy or rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the app’s functionality
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data due to forgotten PINs or deletion.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on the official support page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
