Very close! However, this image is WATERMARKED, which means not only does it have a logo overtop that would have to be removed using the Clone Stamp tool (which in this case would take surgical precision), but also the image is copyrighted.
Be aware that while in certain circumstances (basic exercises such as this one) copyright isn't an issue, anything you plan to take ownership of as your artwork (which includes any project you would be receiving any substantial amount of points for) must be labeled for reuse with modification (intended for you to use, not owned by someone else).
When searching on Google Images, don't forget to hit 'tools', then 'size/large' and 'usage rights/labeled for reuse with modification'.
Otherwise, see your teacher with any questions about what can and cannot be used, and when in doubt, just take the picture yourself!
