Your Crew chiefs

The Photo Crew Chiefs are photographers just like you. They work closely with SXSW staff to organize photographer schedules and assign all your shifts and assignments. And they all started out as members of the Photography Crew. You also may hear them referred to as Crew Managers. 

This year, the Crew Chiefs are:

The Crew Chiefs are experienced photographers and can answer any questions you may have about being on the crew and sort out any major problems you may encounter.

Your Shift Leads

The Shift Leads act as your main point of contact during the festival. They keep track of all the daily shifts and assignments given to each volunteer. They are who you check-in with at the start of all your shifts and are the first person you contact with any problems or questions related to your shift. If necessary, they will escalate any major problems that arise to the scheduled Crew Chief.
