What's free and what's Pro?
Free includes one rig, the Departure and Arrival checklists, the rig card, a tow vehicle, and current tires and batteries. Pro adds every checklist (Pre-Trip, Hitch, Final Walk-Around, On the Road, Leaving Camp, Winterize, De-Winterize, Storage), the travel partner mode with iCloud sync, logs, campground log, spare parts, Maintenance & Repair, alerts, the door card, Live Activity, widgets, Apple Watch check-offs, more tow vehicles, tow vehicle tread history and unlimited rigs.
How much is Pro?
$2.99 a month, $19.99 a year, or $39.99 once for lifetime. Prices may vary by country.
How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Settings (gear on the Rig tab) > Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
How do I add a tow vehicle?
Rig tab > Tow vehicles > Add a tow vehicle (for travel trailers, fifth wheels, Airstreams and truck campers). Enter its size, weight, towing capacity and front/rear tire pressures. If you have more than one, open one and tap "Set as towing now".
What does the weight warning mean?
The app compares your RV's GVWR (or its weight, if GVWR isn't set) with the tow vehicle's towing capacity. Yellow means over 80% of the rating, red means over it. Check your owner's manual. This is a guide.
How do I track tires and batteries?
On the Rig tab (or a tow vehicle), tap a tire to enter its DOT date code, install date, pressure and tread readings. Under Batteries, tap a battery to set its type, Ah, manufactured and installed dates. Use "Replace all" when you replace them together.
How do I share with my travel partner?
Settings > Travel Partner (iCloud). One of you takes Inside, the other Outside, and you see each other's check-offs. Both need iCloud signed in.
Wind and freeze alerts aren't showing.
Allow location "While Using" and notifications for RV Copilot in the iPhone Settings app.
Where's my data? Is it backed up?
On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. Photos stay on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete rigs in the app (Rig tab > My rigs > swipe), or delete the app. To remove synced data, turn off sync and delete the rig, or remove the app's data in iPhone Settings > your name > iCloud.
