Pistons Pep Band Update

Reminder: This is not required

Important points:

1) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MEET AT THE SCHOOL UNLESS YOU ARE PICKING UP OTHER STUDENTS.  I will put them in contact with you during the day.   

2) Make sure student instrument is in side hallway at end of class.  I will be driving a van carrying all of the equipment both ways so that you don’t have to worry about walking the equipment from your car and back.   

3) The final instructions have us arriving earlier than I previously indicated. Please adjust your departure and have students at the MEIJER ENTRANCE to Little Caesar’s arena as close to 5:45 as possible

3) I have rides arranged for those that indicated they needed one:

3) Wear your CHASE Tee, jeans, and athletic shoes

4) If you are having trouble purchasing tickets, please give me until tomorrow at about 10 AM Monday.  I have been in contact with our coordinator.  She is not sure what is going on with the ticket Portal, either.    MORE TICKETS HAVE BEEN RELEASED! LINK HERE

5) Consider purchasing your parking pass tonight.

6) Please make sure you adhere to all LCA rules regarding the size of purse/bags you plan to bring in.

Suggested itinerary for Monday:

During day - Students load equipment into side hallway so that *I* can transport the equipment (where is your music?)

4:35ish PM Depart for Pistons Game

5:45 PM have students at Meijer entrance

(If dropping off near entrance, make sure you send a screen shot of *student* ticket to student)

6:30 Perform - afterwards, get instruments to equipment van (instructions when we arrive)

Enjoy game - remember: if you bought through OUR package / link, students and families are welcome to partake in the all-you-can-eat package at the “North End Club” which includes nachos, hot dogs, popcorn, pop, water.

You do not have to stay the whole game.
