Agile methodologies is an approach to software development that emphasizes iterative and incremental development, continuous delivery, and customer collaboration.
Scrum methodologies is a framework within the agile methodologies that defines roles, events, artifacts, and rules for managing and controlling software development projects.
DevOps methodologies is a set of practices that combines software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops) to shorten the systems development life cycle while delivering features, fixes, and updates frequently in close alignment with business objectives.
Key Accomplishments:
Conducted a thorough analysis of the current information system, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Implemented data cleaning and analysis techniques to ensure data quality and reliability, leading to better insights and decision-making.

Objective: To improve the existing information system at Popeyes, focusing on enhancing efficiency, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
The team defined use case diagrams for different customer types, including classic and premium customers, and focused on the Click & Collect functionality, which required coordination between the customer, staff, and bank for online payment.
The project involved designing activity diagrams, such as the Click & Collect activity diagram, and sub-process diagrams for payment and satisfaction questionnaire processes. The team created a simple program and an animated program using Python to demonstrate the "Roulette" activity, where users can win random prizes.
The project also included data management for Click & Collect and batch system operations through a class diagram. Overall, the project was a success, with the team organizing their work efficiently and completing the project in advance.
