You have now reached the last part of our EPRS Orientation. We would like to express our gratitude for taking the time to learn about PhilHealth's programs and benefits. To officially complete this orientation, we kindly request your participation in answering the following Google Forms:
Open Forum - where you can ask any questions or seek clarifications regarding the topics discussed. Please note that we will send our reply to your registered email address.
Post-Training Evaluation Survey - where you can rate our platform's efficiency in your learning process. We also welcome any comments/suggestions on how we can improve our presentation materials and overall performance.
Post-Test - to assess your understanding of the topics discussed; successful completion of the post-test is required for the issuance of your company's "Certificate of Completion," which will be sent via email. In case of failure, you will need to retake the training course and pass the post-test.
