PHEBS sends you two newsletters a year to explain how our service works and how the children of PHEBS are doing. 

In the context of individual sponsorship, the sponsored child sends two individualized letters per year (translated according to their known language). 

When sponsors come to PHEBS to see their sponsored child, the meetings always take place with a staff member at the PHEBS office. No contact occurs outside of PHEBS.
