Presenters are encouraged to showcase a complete or near-complete piece of work during the seminars. These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to receive feedback and engage with peers.
The seminars are held on Zoom and last approximately 40 minutes, divided as follows:
30 minutes for the presentation
10 minutes for Q&A
All participants will remain muted to minimize disruptions.
Questions during the presentation will be limited to clarifying questions and must be submitted via the chat.
Due to time constraints, not all questions may be addressed during the seminar. However, the speaker's name and email will be provided on our website for follow-up discussions.
The moderator will record all questions submitted via chat and share them with the speaker after the seminar.
The final 10 minutes are dedicated to general questions and open discussion.
To ask a question, please use the “Raise Hand” feature in Zoom. Once acknowledged, the moderator will unmute you to ask your question.
Click on the “Participants” icon at the bottom center of your screen.
In the window that appears on the right, click the “Raise Hand” button at the bottom.
We look forward to your active participation and engaging discussions during the seminar!
