Sports Program

At Punta Gorda Methodist School, athletics are a core part of developing disciplined, resilient Belizeans who are prepared to compete with pride and integrity. 

Through volleyball, track and field, basketball, and football, our students learn the values of hard work, accountability, and teamwork while striving for excellence on and off the field.

Our program is designed not only to build skill and fitness, but also to shape character — producing athletes who respect the game, their opponents, and themselves. By combining structured training with opportunities for competition, we prepare our students to represent PGMS and Belize with determination and honor.
