For details, please check the website of the Embassy, Consulate-General, Consular Office (the Diplomatic Missions abroad) of Japan that have jurisdiction over the country/region where the foreigner visiting Japan resides.
If you require the visa application documents that should be provided from Japan, please contact the PGC2026 Committee by email (grav.curr_at_gmail.com, please replace "_at_" by "@").
Note:
(1) The procedure for the visa application documents may take several weeks or longer. Please ensure to apply well in advance.
(2) The visa application documents will be issued only after registration and payment for attending the workshop are completed.
(3) Please note that the organizers will not be held responsible if your visa is not issued.
