A limited number of rooms have been reserved primarily for participants traveling from overseas.
The accommodation is available at Travelodge Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi, which is approximately 25 minutes from Kyoto University (the conference venue) by public transportation.
Single, non-smoking rooms are available for a four-night stay from July 5 at a rate of JPY 11,600 per night, including breakfast.
