Required documents:

• Business permit

• DTI/SEC Registration

• BIR 2303/VAT Certificate/TIN

• Copy of Sales Invoice

• Latest AFS (Annual Financial Statement)

• Company profile

• Articles of Incorporation

• Certificate of distributorship of a particular product

📁 Only PDF or image files are accepted. Ensure all files are labeled properly before uploading.

📁 Documents must be in folder and should be named in Vendor Name.
