📝 Step 1: Submit Application Form
Complete the online application form with your company details. Ensure all fields are filled out correctly and accurately.
📎 Step 2: Upload Required Documents
Attach your business permit, BIR registration, company profile, and relevant certifications through our upload portal.
📋 Step 3: Initial Evaluation
COE team reviews your submission for completeness and consistency. We’ll contact you if additional information is needed.
🧐 Step 4: Vendor Verification & Site Visit
Background checks and validation of your documents will be conducted. We may request clarifications or schedule a brief call if needed. This may include a site visit to assess the vendor's facilities, operational capacity, and compliance with PGB standards.
🏁 Step 5: Approval & Listing
Once approved, your company will be included in our Accredited Vendor Masterlist and eligible for project bidding and invitations.
