Dues and Donations:
$45 Family Membership includes PFLAG Lexington Chapter and PFLAG National suggested dues
$30 individual Membership includes PFLAG Lexington Chapter and PFLAG National dues
$15 PFLAG National Donation (This donations makes our local chapter an automatic member of the national organization to support it's work at the national level.)
