Maya is a Caucasian female with shaggy dirty-blonde hair that goes just above her shoulders. Her eyes are hazel, though more commonly seen as being brown. Maya has a large scars on her neck and stomach, all due to stab wounds. Her hands are also littered with scars and have sustained permanent nerve damage due to an exploding KANT Counter. Most of the time she covers her face, opting to only show it in private settings.

Maya's uniform has a Epsilon-11 patch displayed on the right side of her chest. Additionally, a knife inside of a sheath is strapped to her right ankle.
