I’m a stay‑at‑home mom to four energetic boys, and my husband, Randy, and I have been married since 2006. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me with my family — fishing, hiking, or cheering from the sidelines at one of their many sports.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I hold both a master’s degree (Southern Illinois University) and a bachelor’s degree (Western Illinois University) in Exercise Science. My professional background includes working as a Cardiac Rehab Exercise Specialist in two Central Illinois hospitals, serving as an Employee Wellness Coordinator, and Personally Training clients at the Southern Illinois University Recreation Center.
My faith is central to who I am. As a Christian, I believe that living for the Lord is far more important than physical exercise — yet I also believe it honors Him when we care for the bodies He has given us. Movement is a gift, and feeling strong is one way we can embrace that grace.
Now that our four boys are in school full‑time, I’m grateful for the opportunity to train women part‑time from my own home studio. I look forward to helping women feel confident, capable, and cared for through exercise.
