In addition to its focus on menstrual equity, the Period Priority Project is dedicated to advancing reproductive justice by advocating for abortion access within the Brown community. Recognizing the cultural stigma surrounding abortion, the project works to destigmatize abortion through education, open dialogue, and policy advocacy. By addressing the unique barriers faced by marginalized communities, the project strives to ensure all individuals have access to safe, respectful, and informed reproductive healthcare choices.
