Who I Am
With over 10 years of experience in K-12 education, I have discovered my true passion: creating engaging, effective learning experiences that empower learners to grow. Now, I'm excited to apply my skills in instructional design to the world of adult learning, where I aim to make a positive impact by helping individuals bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world application.
My Strengths
As a lifelong learner, achiever, and analytical thinker, I thrive in environments where I can solve complex problems and enhance learning outcomes. My ability to understand learners’ needs allows me to design interactive activities that not only convey information but also encourage the practical application of skills in everyday situations.
Key Strengths:
Learner-Centered Approach: I focus on closing the gap between knowledge and skills.
Interactive Learning: I leverage dynamic activities to boost engagement and retention.
Analytical Mindset: I use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve learning materials.
Disciplined and Organized: With my ISTJ personality, I’m always calm under pressure, methodical, and clear-headed, ensuring projects stay on track.
What I'm Looking For
I’m seeking a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented team where I can both contribute and learn. I envision a work environment where colleagues uplift each other, share knowledge, and create meaningful learning experiences together. In return, I am fully committed to growing alongside my team, working hard to help build a stronger, more connected community at work.
Beyond Work
Outside of my professional life, you’ll find me exploring new places and discovering the beauty of nature. As an avid reader, hiker, and crafter, I’m constantly inspired by new experiences. Traveling and visiting national parks is my way of recharging, and I’m always eager to broaden my horizons and connect with the world around me. I’m a naturalist at heart, and I bring that same passion and curiosity into everything I do, whether it's crafting a memorable lesson or planning my next adventure.
