I obtained my Ph.D. in Management Science from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in Oct 2024, with a CSC-sponsored visit at the University of Toronto. I then worked as a postdoc at the University of Hong Kong (2024-2026).
I am now a Non-tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Management Science at the School of Management, USTC.
I study OM–Marketing interfaces with a focus on AI-driven decision making, enjoying research interests in algorithmic hiring, behavior economics, information design, product design, and channel management.
I have been enjoying playing Tennis since 2015 with a current level of 4.0+, and I am also into citywalk and self-drive travel.
