Join procedure:

We will use WebEx for talks/tutorials, and a Gather.Town hallway for socializing, coffee breaks etc.

To join and navigate between the two, follow the below instructions:

• Enter the venue via Gather.Town at https://gather.town/app/qaHUZWqyH8031exL/PEMWN2020

• From the main hallway you land in, walk on your left towards the auditorium (located in Room E) and then press the 'X' key on your keyboard, which will open a new browser tab transferring you to WebEx, which we use to host talks/tutorials.

• You can return to the hallway at any time (e.g. to socialize during a coffee break) by closing your WebEx tab.

• You can come back to the auditorium (e.g. for the next session) by repeating the above procedure.
