David Bell is an El Paso native, Irvin High Class of 1980 graduate, UNT grad, and is a well known graphic arts director for a variety of Advertising firms in the North Texas area, including TracyLocke where he was Art and Creative Director, and The Integer Group where he was Senior Art Director and Vice President of Creative groups.

David is currently the president of DBell Creative in Tyler Texas.
