The PEEP Photographer's Collaborative, spearheaded by a small group of PEEP members, is a unique initiative aimed at fostering creative growth and community involvement among photographers in the region. Rooted in the desire to elevate photography as a legitimate art form, the collective unites local talents with diverse backgrounds and experiences. From hobbyists to seasoned professionals, the group encourages collaboration, mentorship, and artistic experimentation. One of the most exciting undertakings of the Collaborative is the upcoming nonprofit photo gallery in the Five Points area, which promises to become a hub for local visual artists and a space where photographers can showcase their work to a broader audience. This gallery is a testament to PEEP's commitment to nurturing the art of photography, as it opens doors for budding photographers and engages the public with photography’s transformative power.
