Meal services, day program drop-in space, showers, laundry, charging station, and often group activities. Both offer a variety of options when available and usually have a section of items you can grab for yourself. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, Outside In keeps the day program open from 1-6pm. NAFY is not open on Sundays. Breakfast is not served at either location on weekends. Meal periods usually end 5-15 minutes before the end of the hour. Make sure to clean up after yourself, the staff at these places don't make enough to be cleaning up after young adults like they're toddlers. ((People with food allergies need to alert staff ahead of time, and watch their symptoms closely after meals.))

Breakfast is served here from 6:45am to 7:45am. Lunch is served from 11:30am to 12:25pm. Dinner is served from 5:00pm to 5:55pm. Meals are served Mon-Sat by volunteers and this space will sometimes have clothing donations available. More information can be found on their website.
NW 6th & Flanders
Meals served during open hours from 9am-2pm, Tuesday-Friday. Offers activity space and field trips. This space is not trauma informed.
16 NW Broadway
Serves dinner during open hours 4-8pm Mon-Thurs. Offers activity space and recording studio. This space is not trauma informed.
Outside In Food Pantry
Ask staff in the day center for access. Usually available during day center hours and closed on Sundays.
SMYRC
Free pantry, open while program is open (check their calendar here for current operating hours). Ask staff if you need assistance with the pantry and they are usually happy to help.
AMP Food Pantry
Mondays at 11am, AMP hosts a community food pantry via Urban Gleaners. There is often a line forming by 10am, so show up earlier for better results. They get a good selection of food.

There are many locations around the metro area where people host a shelf or pantry that is restocked by community members. These are often take-what-you-need locations that are easily accessible to the public, don't require a signup process or human interaction in general, and are a great way to support local communities.
