• How accounts work:

• A Free key is locked to one Gmail address/account.
  Extra Gmail accounts each need their own Free key (no free multi-seat).
  A Pro key can cover multiple Gmail accounts you activate (up to 10).
  Volume discounts apply only when seats share one Pro key.
  Open Gmail on a new device and PDFer restores Free or Pro for that email address.

No refund policy:

Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

After you cancel, all Gmail accounts on that subscription keep Pro access until the paid subscription period ends.

When the subscription period expires, every account on that subscription returns to Free-level access only.

Why no refunds:

• You can use PDFer Free for as long as you need before buying Pro.

• Free access is enough to verify that the Chrome extension works for your Gmail workflow and use case.

• Because you can fully evaluate PDFer first, Pro purchases are final and non-refundable.

Subscription account rules:

• • • You cannot cancel or remove individual Gmail accounts from an active Pro subscription.

    • Removing one seat and moving it to a different Gmail address would let one buyer cycle unlimited accounts under a single subscription. That is blocked to prevent fraud, not offered as a account transfer.

    • No mid-term subscription downgrade. To move to a smaller account pack, cancel the current subscription, wait until it expires to Free, then purchase the new lower account count.

    • No mid-term subscription upgrade and no prorated add-on accounts. The paid period applies to the whole subscription, so later-added accounts are not sold as prorated upgrades on an existing Pro term.

    • Choose the account count you need at purchase time. If you need more accounts later, plan a new subscription sized for that need using the rules above.
