Every year, PRC hosts Project Design and Management (PDM) Workshop for PCVs and their counterparts.
PDM lasts two and a half days and generally falls in October.
One counterpart can accompany each PCV.
PDM is not a mandatory training, but YinD volunteers, in particular, are encouraged to attend.
PCVs can choose any relevant counterpart to accompany them. Generally, counterparts work in development at a Tessaban or Obitaw, but teachers or community members could attend.
PDM is completely bilingual and provides bilingual resources to take home to continue working with your counterpart.
