Please join the PCOM Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers as we extend our best wishes and appreciation to outgoing PCOM Board of Directors President Doug Robertson.
After 7 years of dedicated service and leadership, Doug is departing his position as Board Chairman and faithful member of the board for over 25 years. Doug has been an important part of the maintenance area of our facility. Under Doug’s Leadership PCOM transitioned through our toughest assignment, the illness and loss of long term PCOM Director Kay Gage and significant building maintenance issues and repairs. Thank you, Doug, for the impact you have made across our community through your service to PCOM.
PCOM Board of Directors is pleased to announce and express its sincere confidence in newly elected Board President, Scott McKinney and Board Vice President Stephen Sullivan.
Their commitment to our community and the expertise, leadership, and passion they both bring will support PCOM as we further our mission to affirm the value of life by providing a network of care to women, men and children and vision to build a vibrant community where every child, every mother, every father, every life has infinite worth because they are made in the image of God!

April 2023 VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION
PCOM APPRECIATES all of our volunteers! At a celebration to show our appreciation, PCOM Volunteers were appreciated and encouraged by God’s Word. John 21:15-18.
The Lord Jesus shows us that Love is a personal choice and a gift freely given - it is the giving of oneself to another person for their sake. Jesus’ simple call to Peter was to look to the lambs He loves - now go love them too!
PCOM Volunteers,
THANK YOU so much for volunteering at PCOM.
Your willingness to give your service and time is greatly appreciated. Your dedication to PCOM helps us to continue to fulfill our mission and serve those in our community.
Thank you for loving His lambs,
PCOM Board of Directors
Assistant Director Mary Hosick & Director Kendra Durfee

You matter.
You make a difference.
Your generosity has a profound and lasting impact on those who come through the doors of PCOM.
Your willingness to give your precious resource, your time and share the gifts the Lord has bestowed on you to make someone else’s life better says so much about each of you. While we know that you choose to volunteer selflessly and without expectation of recognition or reward, we wish to give you our heartfelt THANKS and GRATITUDE. We wish to give you the gift of encouragement and to let everyone know we are grateful to each of you. Whether you are a longtime volunteer or a new addition to our team this past year.
We at PCOM appreciate you!

Making Life Disciples A New Program for churches!
PCOM is ask supporting churches to further your commitment with us and in the hopes of educating church members as a support team and to establish “Life Coaches”.
We encourage you to bring the Making Life Disciples course to your church in order that we might connect more of those we serve at PCOM with a Life Coach and to the big” lifeboat” the church!
The Making Life Disciples program offers:
It equips the church to lead with credibility and love-offering compassion, hope, and discipleship to women and men facing pregnancy decisions within YOUR OWN CHURCH.
It trains those who feel called to be a “Life Coach” to a PCOM Client.
We ask you to heed to call of the Great Commission and help us lead moms and dad to Abundant Life!
Our Vision: To build a vibrant community where every child, every mother, every father, every life has infinite worth because they are made in the image of God! Every life is valued, loved, protected, and transformed because of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 4:2, “With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.”

A significant change is coming to the Pregnancy Center of Meadville (PCOM).
It is with regret that we announce that after 31 years serving the Lord at PCOM our Director, Kay Gage, has retired.
Kay is a strong woman of faith and a committed Gospel-focused advocate for the unborn and expectant mothers. Kay joined the pregnancy Center team in 1989. After completing the Christian Action Council training, Kay served as a peer counselor during the newborn years. After heeding the Lord’s call on her heart, she accepted the position of Director of Lifehouse in 1991. January 1991 the center name Lifehouse was changed to the Pregnancy Center of Meadville, to better reflect the purpose of the center. Kay saw the the center through many changes another being moving the facility to its present location and then though it’s renovation process as we grew.
Throughout her years of faithful service, Kay has been instrumental in building a community of supporters through which our Center can offer help through practical means always to serve like Jesus. Indeed, Kay has impacted generations for Christ in her time at the Pregnancy Center of Meadville. While Kay will be missed in the daily service, she will always be a part of PCOM. We praise God for Kay’s life and servant’s heart and pray for Him to restore heath to her body. Through these changing times, one constant remains, God’s Will.
As PCOM continues to embrace Christ and empower women and men to make life-affirming choices, our Center will have open doors to all who come through to offer hope and help.
