Special Committee

The Board of Disciplinary Committee is mandated under the 2018 SPUC Constitution and Bylaws SECTION 2: Any member who does not live up to the spirit and principle of this constitution is subjected to the disciplinary action by the Shepherding Committee of the district/chapter with/or the mother church. 

WHEREAS, In Article VIII POWERS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONFERENCES/MISSIONS, DISTRICTS AND CHAPTER OFFICERS- Section II [Chairman on Shepherding Committee] To serve as the disciplinary committee as stipulated in Article VI section 2; and  G. To perform such other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the President.
