Committee Chaipersons
NCMC-Wide PCM/MAS-AMiCUS 26th Conference Session (June 26-28, 2026)
Committee Chaipersons
Religious Affairs Committee
The Religious Affairs Committee leads in strengthening the spiritual life of the organization. It prepares and implements programs that promote faith, devotion, and Christ-centered leadership. The committee encourages every district to hold Weeks of Devotion, Consecration and Baccalaureate services, and evangelism activities, fostering spiritual growth among officers and members in harmony with the mission of the Adventist student movement.
Shepherding Committee
The Shepherding Committee is responsible for fostering membership growth and spiritual development within the organization. It leads in promoting membership, overseeing the adoption and initiation of trainees, and guiding them toward becoming active, committed members. The committee ensures continuous monitoring of each trainee’s progress and accomplishment of defined tasks, nurturing their spiritual maturity and engagement in ministry. Furthermore, it serves as the organization’s disciplinary body, maintaining order and upholding values as outlined in Article VI, Section 2. Through mentorship and spiritual guidance, the Shepherding Committee fulfills its mission of developing dedicated members who embody the principles and mission of the organization.
Social Affairs Committee
The Social Affairs Committee serves as the arm of MAS-AMiCUS that promotes meaningful and Christ-centered social interaction among its members. Guided by Adventist principles, the committee ensures that every social activity upholds the values of fellowship, modesty, and Christian joy. It is responsible for planning and presenting programs that strengthen camaraderie and unity during conventions and gatherings, as well as encouraging local districts to conduct seminars and acquire materials that uphold Adventist standards in social conduct.
Outreach Affairs Committee
The Outreach Committee serves as the dynamic arm of PCM/MAS-AMiCUS dedicated to spreading the Gospel and nurturing a culture of mission among students and members. Guided by the Chairperson on Outreach, the committee takes the lead in planning, organizing, and implementing programs that promote active involvement in evangelism, community service, and campus ministry.
It envisions every member as a witness for Christ—empowered to use their unique spiritual gifts and opportunities for soul-winning. The committee formulates annual outreach plans, develops promotional and educational strategies, and coordinates district-level participation in all approved outreach initiatives.
Working collaboratively with both the Secular and Religious Affairs Committees, the Outreach Committee ensures that every activity reflects the mission of MAS-AMiCUS to touch lives, strengthen faith, and fulfill God’s calling to “go and make disciples” in every campus and community.
