NCMC-Wide PCM/MAS-AMiCUS 26th Conference Session (June 26-28, 2026)
President
The Office of the President oversees and provide overall spiritual, administrative, and organizational guidance to the North-Central Mindanao Conference Public Campus Ministry / Movement of Adventist Students – Adventist Ministry to College and University Students (NCMC PCM/MAS-AMiCUS) and all its affiliated Districts/Clusters. Serving as the chief leader of the organization, the President chairs the Administrative Committee, Executive Council Committee, and the Special Committee during their regularly convened meetings.
Executive Secretary
The Secretariat Office is responsible for developing, implementing orders, as well as preparing and distributing committee agendas and actions, and maintaining official committee minutes. The Executive Secretary, on the other hand, manages all office files and records both active and inactive officers documents kept in the archives.
Associate Secretary

Treasurer
The Office of the Treasurer manages and supervises the financial operations of the NCMC PCM/MAS-AMiCUS Executive Council Committee that seeks meaningful ways to invest them in mission work advancing efforts to reach and save souls, whose worth is of utmost value in heaven’s sight.
Assoc. Treasurer
The Liaison serves as the bridge of communication within the organization, ensuring that all officers and members are well-informed and connected. This role is responsible for disseminating important updates, announcements, and meeting information to maintain smooth coordination among the leadership. The Liaison Officer also takes charge of promoting and publicizing the organization’s activities to ensure visibility and engagement.
Auditor
The Auditor is responsible for ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in the financial and property management of the Organization. This office audits the books and financial records of the Treasurer, reviews financial reports before presentation to the Executive Council Committee or General Assembly, and maintains an updated inventory of all organizational assets, including equipment, documents, and properties.

Manager (Web & Media)
The Web and Social Media Manager is responsible for the effective administration, content management, and security of the official digital platforms of NCMC PCM/MAS-AMiCUS. This role ensures that the Google Site and official social media accounts are accurately maintained, regularly updated, and aligned with the mission, vision, Christian values, and professional standards of the ministry. The Manager coordinates closely with officers and committees to verify information, creates and publishes approved digital creatives and announcements in a timely and mission-focused manner, monitors online engagement, and properly escalates concerns to leadership. Additionally, the Manager safeguards account access, archives digital content for documentation and reporting, and upholds organizational unity and integrity in all online engagements.
