Rationale
In line with the recent instruction of Administrator Dexter R. Buted to comply with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Memorandum Circular Nos. 2022-05 and 2023-05 re- the implementation of the harmonized client satisfaction measurement, the Corporate Planning Service (CPS), being the responsible office for the annual submission of Client Satisfaction Measurement Report (CSMR), prepared the new ARTA-compliant PCA Client Satisfaction Feedback (CSF) Form - available in both English and Tagalog versions. This standardized feedback forms will be disseminated to all PCA offices to facilitate the collection of client satisfaction data.
Every PCA office is instructed to appoint a dedicated Client Satisfaction Measurement Officer (CSMO) tasked with guiding and informing clients about the completion of the feedback form. It is the responsibility of these officers to ensure that clients complete the CSF Form accurately. Subsequently, CSMOs are required to input the data from filled-out CSF Forms onto the designated online form - bit.ly/pca-feedbackform - every Friday. Additionally, CSMOs are responsible for securely storing the filled-up CSF Forms within their respective offices.
The CPS office will oversee the gathering, consolidation, processing, and analysis of all CSF Forms. This standardized feedback mechanism is essential for the final preparation and submission of PCA's Annual CSM Report to ARTA.
