By using Paw Scan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Service
Paw Scan allows users to scan pet food packaging, analyze ingredients, and receive a quality grade and report. All grades and reports are estimates only based on available data and should not be considered professional veterinary or nutritional advice.
2. Accuracy Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy, but pet food formulations change frequently. Market data, ingredient quality, and grading can vary. Paw Scan is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult your veterinarian for specific dietary advice for your pet.
3. User Accounts & Subscriptions
You may create an account to save your scan history.
Premium features (unlimited scans, detailed reports, export, etc.) require a paid subscription via Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period.
4. Intellectual Property
All technology, designs, and content in Paw Scan are owned by us. Pet food brand names, logos, and packaging images remain the property of their respective owners. Paw Scan is an independent analysis tool and is not affiliated with any pet food brand.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paw Scan and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from your reliance on the app’s grades or reports.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
