How accurate is the grading system?
Our grades are estimates based on ingredient lists, nutritional information, and available research. Pet food quality can vary by batch and region. Always use your best judgment and consult your vet for important dietary decisions.
Why couldn’t the app scan my pet food bag?
Ensure good lighting and hold the camera steady.
Make sure the ingredient list and nutrition label are clearly visible.
Try scanning from a slightly different angle.
Clean your camera lens and update the app.
How do I delete a scan from my history?
Open the scan → tap the three dots (⋯) → Delete Scan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Paw Scan → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Paw Scan → Settings → tap Restore Purchases.
The app is not working properly
Update to the latest version
Restart your iPhone
Check your internet connection (scanning works offline, but detailed reports may need internet)
I want to delete my account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at support@pawscan.app.
