Procedures of Teaching

Before stepping into the classroom, I take time to observe my students, understanding their learning styles and needs. This helps me tailor my lesson plans to better suit them, ensuring the material is both engaging and effective. During lessons, I make sure every student can follow along, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I also adjust my teaching strategies as needed, using different methods to keep students engaged. Encouraging questions and discussions allows students to deepen their understanding and feel more involved in the learning process. 

Time Management and Organizing Activities

I ensure that every 80-minute lesson is well-structured by carefully planning activities that make the most of the time available. Since students engage well with interactive tasks, I incorporate activities that are both enjoyable and educational. This approach helps maintain student interest while reinforcing key concepts, creating a balanced and effective learning environment. I also adjust lesson pacing based on student understanding, allowing for flexibility when needed. By incorporating a mix of individual work, group discussions, and hands-on activities, I cater to different learning styles. This ensures that each student has the opportunity to grasp the material in a way that suits them best. 

Classroom Management

Having well-behaved students makes classroom management a smooth and enjoyable experience. Since they stay focused during lessons and actively participate in activities, maintaining order is rarely a challenge. Teaching becomes even more rewarding as I build a strong connection with my students, creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Their willingness to learn allows for more meaningful discussions and collaborative activities. This fosters a sense of mutual respect and encourages a supportive classroom culture. As a result, students feel comfortable expressing their ideas and taking an active role in their education. 

Problem-solving while Teaching and Staying in the Designated School 

I always ensure that my students receive the support they need, whether in understanding lessons or completing activities. When they ask for help, I take the time to guide them through challenges and clarify any questions they may have. Providing assistance allows students to stay engaged and build confidence in their learning. I also encourage them to think critically and develop problem-solving skills by guiding them toward solutions rather than simply providing answers. By fostering a supportive environment, I help students become more independent and motivated learners.
