En sciences psychologiques, le ressourcement est un pilier fondamental du travail du chercheur et du praticien. Se documenter, construire une bibliographie solide et s’appuyer sur les théories existantes permettent d’ancrer nos réflexions dans un cadre scientifique rigoureux. Pourtant, ce travail de fond n’est pas sans défis !

L’un des obstacles majeurs réside dans la masse d’informations disponibles. Le risque est de se perdre dans un flot d’articles et d’ouvrages sans parvenir à structurer une réflexion cohérente. Ce travail d’exploration permet non seulement de nourrir notre réflexion mais aussi d’affiner notre posture en tant que psychologues. C’est en s’immergeant dans la littérature que nous construisons notre propre cadre théorique et pratique, que nous développons notre esprit critique et que nous nous inscrivons dans une démarche scientifique rigoureuse.

In the psychological sciences, resourcing is a fundamental pillar of the work of researchers and practitioners. Researching, building up a solid bibliography and drawing on existing theories help to anchor our thinking in a rigorous scientific framework. However, this in-depth work is not without its challenges!

One of the major obstacles is the sheer volume of information available. There is a risk of getting lost in a flood of articles and books without being able to structure a coherent reflection. This work of exploration not only provides food for thought but also helps us to refine our position as psychologists. It is by immersing ourselves in the literature that we build our own theoretical and practical framework, that we develop our critical faculties and that we adopt a rigorous scientific approach.
