How to change the world through systems engineering applied to all aspects of society and networkcentrism
Changing the world is only possible through complex systems science applied to all aspects of society, distributed architecture, networkcentrism (Network-centric warfare) and social constructivism.
Let me share with you what I propose to reform and save the nations of the world.
Ladies and gentlemen,
The sustainable world we seek will be the result of a permanent process of rewriting existing models.
It becomes very necessary to establish a powerful system of solidarity and distribution on a global scale.
We must rethink, reform and plant the seeds of a radical change in consciousness that will allow us to evolve towards a situation in which all individuals will have a leading role. To do this, it is necessary to teach first. Individual and collective experimentation via an innovative process is the key.
The challenge is to collectively influence the destiny of the world by establishing a system of regulation of these numerous interactions which far exceed the action of states.
I come to promote a new model of development thanks to the science of complex self-regulated systems.
My program aims to establish a new philosophical tradition and then to model and strengthen the progressive and collective construction of an unprecedented international community.
My initiative is very broad and requires time to understand its mechanism.
I consider my general system as a system of empowerment of people/nations, a system of international solidarity, a system of intellectual and wealth sharing and a self-regulating system of ethical global governance.
This mechanism also aims to reform the current system of international relations.
I am French of Cameroonian and Swedish origin, 50% each. I was born and spent my childhood in Cameroon.
I have developed, for 12 years now, a program of positive social engineering intended for the reform of France and the world as a whole and this by innovative processes.
I presented it in 2022 as part of the French presidential election; however, the Constitutional Council rejected my candidacy. I have, by the same token, presented it to very many countries by sending mass emails (several tens of millions of targeted mailings since the end of 2021).
Many media, political/institutional actors and academics/students, around the world, know me well but the media (especially the French) keep me hidden.
