Beginning strings meeting for 5th grade: September 1st, 2021 at 7pm at the High School!
Concert Dates:
Winter Concert: December 7, 2021 @ 7pm
Winter Concert done in collaboration with Band!
Arrive at 6:15 pm to the orchestra room
6th Grade Concert: March 3, 2022 @ 7pm
at Pattonville Heights Middle School
Festival of Strings: March 14, 2022 @ 7pm
At the High School
Solo and Ensemble: April 9, 2022
at Holman Middle School (times will vary based off of performance)
Spring Concert: May 11, 2022 @ 7pm
Arrive at 6:15 to the orchestra room
Concert Dress:
Black pants, black top, and black shoes. No large graphics or logos on the tops, and if wearing a skirt or dress, must be knee length or longer. Please no sweatshirts and sweatpants.
Spring concert: fun colored top with black bottoms!
Concert Attendance:
Concerts count as a big part of the grade in orchestra. It is equivalent to a test in a science class. It is required to attend and participate in the concert. Excused absences would be sickness or sudden emergency in the family. If there is a conflict, please contact me ASAP to discuss actions needing to take place.
