Short BIO

Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE. Before joining ICADE, I have worked at the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL), the European Commission (JRC) and at the Strathclyde Business School (and Fraser of Allander Institute). Multidisciplinarity characterises my research activity. I have explored issues related to economic modelling, energy efficiency, energy technologies, environmental taxation, regional adjustment and developments, tourism economics, economics of education etc. My work has been published in economics, geography and energy-environmental journals.
