During a typical session, we will  

check in & chat; partner to: set the focus of the session;

distinguish what success looks like for the session; explore your chosen focus; discuss progress that was made during the session; identify new learning, clarity, insights, or discoveries from the session; determine next steps; and bring the session to a close as you see fit.

Together, we 

explore strengths more than weaknesses; uncover what is working more than on what 

is not working; give more attention to exploring the desired future than focusing on problems of the past;

focus on hope, optimism, & positivity; and concentrate on small step approaches to change.

to strike a balance between your personal and professional lives in order to lower stress and increase fulfillment. In the process,  you will unlock your potential, build confidence, and create a roadmap to get you from where you are, to where you want to be.
