About Me

My name is Patrick Uselding and I am a Certified Professional Coach.  I have always been a people person who truly enjoys fostering strong relationships. I take pride in supporting & motivating others to help them unlock their potential and become the best version of themselves. It is exciting to partner with people to help them to get from where they are, to where they want to be.

Before becoming a coach in 2023, I had been in the field of education for nearly thirty years - as a teacher then as a school counselor.  In addition to working with students, I also had the privilege in recent years to support, train, mentor, and coach other educators. I am now working as a lead coach for a local project that trains school counselors, social workers, & psychologists to use coaching skills to better support their colleagues in the implementation of social, emotional, behavioral practices in their classrooms to better support our school communities.

It has always been important to me to help nurture and empower people so that together, we can make a positive impact in our communities. My hope is that through investing in ourselves (and others) we can make the communities in which we live more respectful and accepting places for all of us to co-exist peacefully.

On a quick personal note, I am married and have five adult children.  We have three grandchildren.  We also have four dogs of our own and five grand-dogs.
