As part of their project, when studying Puerto Rico, students had to pretend they were a travel agent. As a travel agent, they would create a brochure or website to promote the places to visit in Puerto Rico. Each group of 2 students, chose a different place to be promoted. PUERTO RICO – PLACES TO VISIT - INSTRUCTIONS
You are going to travel with your group to visit a specific place in Puerto Rico. How much is it going to cost? Create a travel brochure (paper or electronic) with your travel plans. You should be looking for the best experience ever. It is a competition! We are going to vote for the best fun/cost efficient itinerary. WHAT DO YOUR NEED: - Description of the place – History - Things you must do at the site - Best time of year to travel, including weather - A recommended daily budget. Please include general cost, tours, transportation, food, etc . - Places to stay nearby – cost - Transportation to the site – Cost - Places to eat on the site - Costs Format – Paper, Power Point or Wiki

This is the headline of our IB magazine. Students were given three articles to read:
1) Los Paises Mas Felices y Os Paises con Mejor Calidad de Vida del Mundo;
2)Que Actividades te Hacen Feliz?
3)Por que es Necesario ser Equilibrado para estar Mentalmente, Fisicamente y Emocionalmente Sanos?
After reading the articles, students were required to create a magazine.

Music and dancing are also required.

Use at least 15 vocabulary words from the Puerto Rico unit in Spanish.
